Core Responsibilities
- Ensures proper keeping and maintenance of records and reporting of sales and LPG product withdrawals.
- Conducts regular cash count and accountability of revolving funds.
- Ensures proper weigh-in and out of all trucks related to LPG sales or product transfers.
- Executes control, check and balance with the operation records.
- Secure payments or terms of all sold product. This includes proper and careful printing of customers check for deposit.
- Create daily released report / treasury and month to date LPG Sales, transfer and other related movement and submit reports on time or as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably Male
Other Skills / Qualities needed:
- With knowledge in any Accounting System
- Advance knowledge in Excel / Pivot is an advantage
Minimum Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Aptitude in communicating
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, with the ability to adapt to change
